The above registration fees include participation in the scientific programs of the congress, the certificate of participation and the printed materials of the congress.

Services included in the external participation fee include an open buffet lunch and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during the meal, tea and coffee breaks included in the scientific program of the congress, and use of the catering service areas open between 09:00 and 18:00 within the concept.
* Participants who will not stay in accommodation or who have not requested accommodation from the Congress official agency, Resim Kongre, must pay an external participation fee of 200 EURO to enter the Congress center between 2-4 December 2025, in addition to the registration fee.

- After 30 October 2025, congress registrations cannot be cancelled. However, name changes can be made.
- All participants and company representatives are required to register and the above registration fees include access to the scientific sessions, a congress bag and a congress abstract book.
